Waylon Jones began his dance career in Tennessee at the age of 10. He has won several regional competitions in both American Rhythm and Ballroom along with the theatrical style of dance called Theatre Arts. It was in this division where he placed 4th in the world.

Ashley Judge is a former professional ballet dancer with companies such as Atlanta Ballet and Ballet British Columbia. She debuted as ballroom competitor in the Cabaret division with Waylon Jones in the 2010 Southern States competition, in New Orleans.
